YoungBlood 3 and other stuff

Are you a fan of YoungBlood? Yes, YoungBlood 3 is out! Or did it come out a couple of months back? Sorry, I've never been to National Bookstore for a long time. It was a surprise to see this much-overdue 3rd compilation of that widely-read column of Philippine Daily Inquirer. I've noticed that the contributions were a bit old though, some dating back from 1999. Price is 395 php. Highly recommended. It's sad that I have to forego reading this book....at Powerbooks (akala niyo bibilhin ko ha, hehehe) for the meantime owing to some important things to attend to.

Anthology 2 by the Eraserheads is likewise out in the market. Read it in the papers this morning. A compilation of Eraserheads hits ( one of my favorite bands dati). Never heard of Anthology 1 though. Meron ba? Malamang ( kasi may part 2 eh). Dropped by Music One earlier but they only have UltraElectroMagneticPop available. I guess a lot of people are still patronizing these old albums of the E-heads. Why? Their first album, released in the early 90s, is still pegged at 285 php -- circa 2007.

Great news! I am 3/4 away from getting that much-coveted certification. All members of Batch 3 passed ( yehey!). No to 4/4, Yes to 8/0! When we attended Mass a day before the exam, I had only one prayer..."Lord, we are praying that you will give us what we deserve. Let Your Will, not Ours, be Done." This is the same prayer I uttered during my CCNA exam and during my final panel interview ( for my current company). I expected for the worst and hoped for the best. God is indeed good, All the Time :) To my mom and Lingkod family ( who were praying for us at the exact time we were taking the exam), thanks thanks talaga. For people who have helped and encouraged us, for those who shared to us their resources, ebooks, tips, etc. Maraming salamat. To Batch 3, thanks for the joys and laughter and for the technical information na shinare niyo sa akin. Idol ko kayo lahat! Kain ulit tayo ng Pares ha? :)

Having accustomed myself to sleeping at 4am during the past week (thanks Extra Joss), I had a hard time sleeping last night. Fell asleep at...you guess it right, 4 am. Insomniac na yata ako. Anyway, I need to force myself to sleep early today. I will attend the first part of the CSS tomorrow but I am not really sure if I would be able to finish it on Feb.4 (the last part of the series). The CSS is something I have looked forward to. If my sched will permit me, who knows, I might (?) be able to attend the Lenten Retreat at Baguio this March. Sana! Isang malaking sana! Pero kung ndi pwede, ndi ko rin naman pipilitin.
