Stamps...Stamps...Stamps

I am ecstatic as there are packages of stamps that are coming my way from other countries (from my Yahoogroup co-members). I am lucky that there are philatelists willing to share their extra stamps to someone who has recently rekindled her interest in this hobby, not expecting that you will give them stamps in return. Cool noh? In my stamp collection yahoogroups, I usually ask ( errr....no, beg is the right word, hehehe) from members if they can share their duplicate stamps, the kind of stamps they do not use for trading, the ones not within their themes, or those which have slight damage in them. It's quite embarassing to ask, kapalan lang talaga ng mukha, hahahha..pero sige lang. Result: Widening collection and having that thought that there are a number of generous people in this medium called the internet. In gratitude, if I have extra stamps which are in line with their themes, I also send them a few ones.

 

I recently got an email from a friend that there are 2 more packages of stamps sent to me..yehey!!!! ( Note: I asked a friend to have the stamps mailed to her instead as there's no one at home to receive the mails on weekdays).

 

Friends, if you have used postal stamps...remember me :)
